On Naked Flames' acclaimed "All Singing / All Dancing" he explores the emotions and textures found within the indistinguishable fuzzy spaces of life.

Filled with warm pads and club rhythms washed over in a low-bit mastering, Naked Flames' unique production style resembles that of a photo in an unplanned but powerful moment. As the hand scurries to grab a hold of the nearest camera to capture it, there is no time to line up a perfect shot. In the process there will be blur, there will be pixelation, and there will be imperfection.

But the low-res and imperfect sound of these dance tunes is what makes them so special, as Naked Flames reminds the listener that the most precious moments of our lives are never perfect; they're usually quite murky and filled with noise.

Kirby meets 1080° Avalanche in this lite-octane injected albun. In short, a very well-executed (and cute) library of race themes mirroring those of the N64 ages. "Carrot Car" is my top-of-line bobber here, and brings to mind what it's like to drive around in worlds like Pop Star. There's also the NiGHTS into dub tech-house track "Under Every Tree In England", and 80's dance-groove throwback "Tennesse Transit" that gives nods towards nu-wave synth groups like OMD and Pet Shop Boys.
